1. The service
NameYoink sells temporary promotional placement: your link and description displayed on a name's page and in the name cloud for as long as you hold the highest cumulative payment total on that name. The service is fully delivered the moment your placement is displayed. Being outbid by another person is an inherent, disclosed feature of the service and may occur at any time.
2. No refunds
All payments are final under any circumstance, including being outbid, removal of your name or link for violating the rules, or delisting following a legal complaint.
3. No payouts, no ownership
There are no payouts, prizes, winnings, or cash value of any kind. Payments are not deposits, wagers, or investments. Placement confers no ownership of, or rights in, any name.
4. Content standards
The rules are part of these terms. Every name passes a blocklist and an automated review before listing; links are checked against the link rules. We may remove or delist any name, link, or description at any time at our sole discretion, without refund.
5. Simultaneous payments
Placement changes only when our payment provider confirms a payment. If another payment on the same name is confirmed first and yours no longer exceeds the holder's total, your payment becomes site credit on your email, usable toward any name. Credit unused after 30 days may be refunded through the provider at our discretion.
6. No affiliation
Names are dictionary strings. Holding a name implies no relationship with, or endorsement by, any brand, person, or trademark holder. All placed links carry rel="sponsored nofollow". Rights holders: report a name.
7. Data & privacy
We store your checkout email (used for receipts, as your identity for cumulative totals, and to notify you when you are outbid), your display name, link, description, and payment records from our provider. We send transactional email only. Public pages show a click counter per name.
