Rules
1. What you're buying
A one-time payment buys promotional placement of one link behind one first name. Placement lasts until someone outbids (yoinks) you. That can happen a minute later. Being yoinked is part of the service and is not a refund event.
2. Pricing
Claim any unowned name from $2. Outbid by at least 5% (minimum $5), whole dollars. Your lifetime total on a name counts — retaking only costs the difference. Pay more if you want to build a moat.
3. Clean names only
Slurs, hate speech, profanity, and sexual terms are not claimable. Every name passes a blocklist and an automated review before it can be listed. We may remove any name at our discretion. Names are letters only, in any language — up to two words, max 30 characters.
4. Clean links only
A product/website URL or an X @handle. No adult/NSFW content, no scams or deceptive pages, no illegal content, no chat/invite links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, etc.), no link shorteners. Tracking parameters are stripped.
5. Enforcement
Violating names or links are removed without a refund. We may also delist on receipt of a valid legal complaint.
6. No affiliation
Names are dictionary strings, not endorsements. Owning a name implies no connection to any brand or trademark holder. Trademark owners: report a name.
7. All payments are final
No refunds, no payouts, no cash value, no resale. In the rare case of simultaneous payments on the same name, the later payment becomes site credit.
