All payments are final

All NameYoink claims are digital, time-limited redirects. Because we deliver the placement instantly, all payments are final under any circumstance — including being outbid, removal of your name or link for violating the rules, or delisting following a legal complaint.

In the rare case of simultaneous payments on the same name, the later payment becomes site credit on your email, usable toward any name. Credit unused after 30 days may be refunded through the provider at our discretion.

To request a refund in that edge case, email support@nameyoink.com from the email address used at purchase. This policy does not affect any statutory or card-network rights you may have.
